its time the club got back to being ruthles in trade week. We became too accomodating to the point we overpaid for incoming players in trades and short changed ourselves when players were leaving.

I mean Geelong want more in a trade for a bloke that has done 4/5 of bugger all in comparison to Bradley Hill. If i was Freo, I wouldnt go back to Geelong at all for the rest of the trade period and wait for them to come back crawling. If they really wanted to keep the player because he was that valuable, they would have signed him already. They dont want him.

Whilst I agree with what you're getting at, Ladhams has expressed his desire to be the number 1 ruck, which isn't going to happen at Port.

So his manager wouldn't be doing his job properly if he wasn't assessing the market....

These dodgy deals involving Gold Coast ... completely devaluing gifted picks ... is everything I hate about the AFL.
