What was Richmond's membership in 2010? Remember when everyone laughed at Brendan Gale.

Your club went from 'Hahaha 9th mond' to 3 time Premiership powerhouse with 100,000 members. If that's possible, anything is.
Richmond through the late 1960s and early 1970s was the biggest membership in Vic (yes bigger than Collingwood) and even with 30+ years of being shite, was still in the 3 or 4 top attendances each year. Many supporters had stopped buying members tickets but there was a large latent supporter base which was activated once success started to come. I am not having a crack at Port, I was just asking does Port have that many members / supporters who have dropped off to get 100k membership? Yes Richmond was scorned for being shite but had a massive support base none the less.

Lol I know it's something little but **** it that ruins the vibe, man.

Screaming and yelling = OK no mask
Walking around = bad, must wear mask.

I'll probably just use my ticket sparingly.

Can I ask - it seems that some people that are gertting moved have already been allocated a seat. Ive seen nothing indicating my new seats. The (updated) email provided a link for 'group reallocation" and my impacted seats, but no indication of new seats, or any obviuouls button to click to allocate them.
The email I received definitely noted the impacted seat, and advised where the new seat will be. A new membership card will apparently be sent for that seat. I only have one membership though - no kids yet and my partner is a Crows supporter. I messaged the person who normally sits next to me, and his new seat will still be next to mine.

I'm not moving, but looking at the list of affected seats, I'm surprised the back row behind me is unaffected. If not people standing around, then those sitting there are in 'breathed on central'. Also I'm seats in a couple from the Aisle and those seats aren't affected.

I would have thought to minimise interaction between people getting drinks, going to / from seats etc. and others, that back rows and aisle seats would have been first to be lopped. If PODs are to break it into easily traced groups in case of an infection, then ensuring those on the edge of POD's aren't subjected to a heap of people outside them would surely have been a consideration. It seems a strange decision.

Face masks required at AO this year. Hope Port has 40000 branded masks ready to roll...
Yes, went to a play last week and we had to wear them.
Most people took them off once the show started.

i knew that would happen, because i went to adelaide 36ers game a few weeks ago and there were 7,000 people there and masks were required (lol). i don't care how fancy the mask design is, that's ****ed

Were they wearing them when they were in their seats? Or just when walking around?

you had to wear it seated but i'm not sure it was too heavily policed. heaps of people were doing the "nursing a bottle" thing where you wear it around your chin (or just take it off) whilst eating or drinking. not sure if this is cynicism but i can imagine the Adelaide Oval workers being a bit more vigilant than the basketball game, but probably understandable when it's 40k vs 7k.

Indoor v Outdoor event. Wearing it for entry and movement around the ground and being able to take it off once seated is literally the least of my worries if I get to attend all home games this year.

OK, I didnt get notified of new seats as far as I can tell. unless I've just been moved along in the same row which I guess is possible. I may have to check.

because as we all know, humans cannot sneeze whilst seated

Our 4 seats not impacted. Hoping the grumpy bloke near the end of the row who wedges his knees into the back of the seat in front and refuses to move when anyone tries to shuffle past has been moved elsewhere.

I have been reading the FAQ (whilst on hold, requested a call back but that was over two hours ago and have heard nothing) and it seems to indicate that there are two types of affected ticket holders... Those who are affected and have been already been allocated a replacement seat, and those who are affected but they require extra information before finalising replacement seats... By the sounds of it you and I fall into the latter category
