So your key argument that my post is not objective and humorous to you is that it’s silly I rate Keays higher than Bergman and we shouldn’t compare them even though both players were available to be drafted, and we picked him and Port didn’t? That’s kind of how drafts work.
It’s silly that you are judging a second year player versus a guy who has been in the system for a few years. Let’s compare Bergman at Keays age. Also Bergman has good disposal and decision making, two areas Keays struggles with.

Throw in your comment about Georgiadis, a second year KPF and it’s clear you are so biased you aren’t thinking straight.

In that same year we looked to have blown pick 6 but that hardly rates a mention.

Basically had we picked their players and they picked ours, your verdict would have been the same, we won and they suck.

No they wouldn’t. You’re all over the shop. If we need to give Bergman time, we need to give McAsey time. I’m judging on here and now. It’s all you can do. And here and now, Schoenberg and Keays is better drafting than Bergman and Georgiadis. In time Worrell or McAsey or Williams or Mead might be the pick of the bunch.

I thought to myself whats more important your post or work. lol :D

28.43 on the video which translates to 2.23 mins remaining on the clock.

Wobbie Gray with a shot on goal that goes out of bounds.

Unfortunately, I had already removed the commentary because I was making it as a gif, but the file size was too large. YouTube will have to do.

The shot clock and the scoreboard, says it was all on the line in the first to fight back and Gray kicks the Cup out of bounds.

Now off to the Port board to post it on there. :$

They won’t be gifted a soft draw again surely.

When it comes to double ups, guess who will get Geelong twice?

We know what direction Geelong are heading, but that will count as a top 4 double up for Port Power.

Carlton is a graveyard for coaches. Ken is smart enough to know he has a job for life at PA. Teague should have been given another year. Off the back of a good intro year, followed by poor year at least they should have given him a chance to follow up. Look at what Goodwin has achieved after a bad year .

And Teague didn't have the benefit of cutting his teeth with a coach like Roos around. But sounds like it might have been player driven. What they need to do now is force a couple of the players out. They need to suffer casualties too, otherwise they'll build diwning tools into their culture.

I wouldn't be surprised if that was a big part the reason why Boak was so upset after the game.

He knows that they've potentially missed their window and the dream of making the GF and winning a flag might now be past them.

Might also be due to pkaying shit and getting pantsed in a prelim. Thst can be upsetting too.

And the Lions had a day less rest, forced to play their "home" prelim away and a day later than Port played their home prelim at home.

AFL did not want a four peat.

Wouldn't the days less rest be because Port earned the extra day having finished top, as is the norm. And wouldn't the team the team that finished the lower of the 2 be stuck with the 'home' MCG final that was required under the AFLs MCC contract at the time. There may have been a conspiracy, but thise 2 factors are totally normal given the era.

The real kicker isn't so much who they play twice, it's where they play obvious contenders. And there's a very real, commercial reason for it, outside of any pro port conspiracy theory stuff.

So for the second time McClure won an award for breaking a story about our club FFS can the AFC bloody pot this bloke before he wins a 3rd?
And people wonder why he writes about us.
1: we give him the stories
2: he wins awards for them.

Why wouldn't they call it the story about 'Taylor Walker's racist slur' , rather than 'racism story at the AFC' ?
