Yes Tasmania should have a team, but no not an expansion team.
Yes, if we can get a team to relocate, Tasmania should definitely have a team.

Oh, sorry, couldn't find a team willing to do it. I guess we will keep on trying....might happen later.

Tasmania stop the yearly argument because the VFL have already agreed they can have a team, and like Morrison, they get to take no responsibility for it to actually happen.

It was a pissweak waste of time report from Colin Carter. Didn't tell us anything we didn't already know and didn't lay down a clear vision to make anything happen.

It’s the AFL being the AFL. They’re unaccountable, obsessed with money, full of their own importance, and at best intermittently committed to doing the right thing.

There’s something about sports administrators that makes them absolutely terrible - look at the IOC/AOC, FIFA…

Who knows - at full strength and with a coach under siege - maybe they could. Port are rubbish and we only lost to them last week due to in game injuries and highly dubious umpiring from umpire No 12 - remember we wer down key players heading into the game and they were almost full strength (if you count Motlop as best 22).

It is just the theme they have had going for weeks now - teams seem to get them when those teams are injury hit, cop injuries in game and are out of form on the day and port fall over the line

so you don't think port have been kissed on the you know what for weeks on end now with teams losing key players leading into their game with them, copping in game injuries and having off days when playing them? I can tell you that Carlton with all their better player in are a better chance of beating Port than without them

Nah, not against Port.

Hinkley is a master of the downhill slopes, and I can't say I get the vibe the Carlton players have any interest in saving Teague.

Teague might get a bit lucky with the injuries as some kids will come in who'll be fighting to be a name the next coach cares about.

So the report into a Tasmanian AFL team has found that relocating a team to Tasmania is the best pathway forward.

Will be interesting to see what happens from here. I'm betting on absolutely nothing

VFL short game: cannibalise every other states competition to survive
VFL blind side: decimate own comp in the long run because there’s too many teams in Melbourne. South Melbourne gone. Fitzroy gone. Kangaroos going.
