Is Bruhn to Berry a worthwhile correction or luxury torching of a trade? Got most of the other good ones.
Depends on how much you value a trade at.

Personally around 150k is the sweet spot for me, so considering Berry is 40k cheaper, to be a decent trade he'd have to make 110k more than Bruhn to be worth it imo.

Unlikely to happen unless Bruhn is dropped completely, but Berry could also go out at any point when Crouch is back.

Is Bruhn likely to be dropped this week? McNeill?

I'm considering a Bruhn to McNeill "downgrade" to open up a trade of that has-been Cripps to the occasional goat in Dusty. I have all of the important rookies already (plus the gigantic spud who is Sharp).

Crippa, Bruhn, Sharp, McNeill. What absolute potatoes these blokes are 🥔🥔🥔🥔🥔🥔🥔🥔

How about Mcneil/Scott to Berry if one of the doggies is dropped?

I would do that.

The reason why I commented with 'wasted trade' to Bruhn > Berry is because you'd probably have either on the bench anyway and that Bruhn possibly has better JS than Berry so a slow burn isn't a huge issue at this stage when he's almost 160k even before his first price rise.

Yeh, thinking the same and wouldn't surprise me if the dogs rooks get dropped, we never see them again.

Dev Robertson playing for the Lions. $177k MID/FWD
Played 1 game last season, scored 47 with just 7 touches and 3 tackles
Ely wasn't one of the 4 Phil Ins. Dev Robertson would have to tonne up in the next 2 games and be named in the Centre for his 3rd game before I'd go there again.
It's not Dev's fault that Brissy have a lot of inside-Mids and unfortunately for him he's down the pecking order since it's the only position that he can play. I understand that. Even Ely who was drafted as an inside mid had to lose some bulk and learn how to play a new possie (wing) to be half a chance of breaking in to that team. Dev would need LTI's to a couple of their inside mids to get an extended run this year. That or learn to play another role well.
There were big wraps (raps?) on Dev Robertson this time last year.

Even good teams need to find a way to blood new talent.

The decreased interchanges might be giving some extra opportunities for people further down the pecking order to run through the middle? (not sure if stats bear this out)

I’m keeping a little extra in the bank in case I want to upgrade a non playing rookie to Dev in a couple of weeks.

$102k def

It's a shame no-one has progressed discussion on Luke Parks .......I'm gonna take a gamble .....it'ss part of my cunning plan :moustache:

These pieces from SANFL watchers last year
10/ Luke Parks
19-years-old
189cm
93kg

Standout attributes:
Contested marking, defensive flexibility

Put simply, if you take 24 contested marks in your first year of state league football you deserve AFL consideration. An exceptional mark for his age and size, his overhead skills allowed Glenelg to play him on true talls such as Sam Overall during the year. The one attribute that holds him back is his disposal efficiency and consistency. It isn't AFL standard yet.
