All good options, Titch the most likely to blow out in price so get him while you can.
This is why I want Treloar this week at $720k.
Seems a bargain.

Still a BE of around 100, so you've got at least one more week to sit on your hands - but is next on my list after Bowes

Treloar is a bargain but next to Titch for only $60k more I have to take the Titch.

My midfield is getting a bit stacked with Macrae, Zerrett, Taranto, Gaff and Titch as M1-5. Which is nice, but also bad as I've only got 3 spots left (all rooks) and no room left for any uber premos who drop right down in value (Treloar/Neale etc).

If Gulden gets DPP I could swing him forward and upgrade Steph to Treloar next week.

My forward line could look absolutely horid on paper soon...

Dunkley, Phillips... then potentially Gulden, Powell, Warner, Campbell...

If Flynn is named JDG goes up to Titch, if he's rested for another week JDG goes to Gawn. I'll be a very happy man if carnage doesn't hit this week and I can make one of these trades

Powell? As in North Powell? He definitely ain't getting forward status

I'm waiting to see if JDG is named on ball - because I absolutely know that the one time I actually can trade him, is the one time that I will get burnt from him being moved back into a scoring position. With all the rumours of Darcy Cameron being brought in, and also Trey Ruscoe and Will Kelly being floated, there is a really strong chance that he takes Adams' spot in that starting mid rotation.

The traders floated it today but now that I look at his heat maps that makes no sense at all.

Cox instead of Powell it is then in my hypothetical future forward line haha.

Sometimes I think they just say things, haha. He was a starting mid this round, and last round. Basically, he's a lock to stay mid as they have barely anyone in there right now, and he is killing it

All the more reason I want to dump him. If he scores 90-100 this week I'll keep him another week again... then he'll dish up a 70... then a 40.. then I'll wonder why I still have DeGoey in my side 2 months later.

He's crap. We're crap for picking him. It's time to go.

Third consecutive week of forced trades due to injury, my rookies are going to suffer because of this. Really can't catch a break-

Adams > Stewart (Sharp to mids, Berry on field)
Butters > Ziebell

Really ugly trades however cash is slim and currently copping a zero in the backs. Ziebell is an inspired pick to say the least however he is racking it up and Macdonald going down again should see this continue. Stewart is a lock for top 8 and is the best option sub 700k imo.
If you like a gamble........ Aaron Hall. Same role but 140k cheaper

Ive been burnt before but Callan ward is pretty cheap....

Yeah I'm thinking this too. Danger will be pissed off and playing with a point to prove.

Any concern about a Kieron Hayden tag though? He went to Laird on the weekend and was reasonably effective, though I would think Danger is too strong for him.

It was Kayne Turner, and there is no way a 5ft midget in turner will stop Dangerfield. Laird was just soft but he still scored 90. Just couldn't junk the marks.

Who is more likely keeper Ridley or Bowes? Or both looking top 6?

Get both, both have the same role. Probably get Bowes first because he's rd 12 bye and alot of the better premo's are 13 atm

I don't quite see the advantage of keeping Daniel? I get the logic of not trading premos, but he hasn't exactly set the world on fire going between 85-95, and he's just going to drop in price so that if he does get an injury or something it'll be very difficult to get him up to something else. Plus he still has another game at Ballarat...

I guess everyone (myself included) will be picking him regardless once he bottoms out around $600k.
You'll only lose 1 game from him this week and about $50k by holding.

So may as well hold I reckon.

the logic is we all have more pressing issues every week, I can’t even spare a trade for degoey there’s no way I’m trading out daniel

It's either him or Hardwick this week (who was a mistake as he's gone back to being lockdown with Scrim coming in and CJ distributing - would that be right BJK#5 ?), and getting Hardwick out allows me to get Meek out and Gawn & Cox in, instead of another rook like Scott, Robertson etc. who may actually stay in this week. Meek only played 56% game time, and scored sweet f a. Has a BE of 18, so not much cash to make, and probably doesn't keep his spot either with Treacy being a far better 2nd ruck option when more forwards return.

If JDG plays on ball and he scores less than a 90, then he goes out the next week. It's just doing one at the start of the week, and then doing the other at the end of the week, kinda thing. It'll be a master move if it comes off, and a weekend of annoyance if it doesn't :)

Definitely on my radar...so so cheap, and can rack it up when given the role. Need to see him for at least another week though (and on ball), to make the jump

Fremantle are in a pickle at the selection table really.

Their number one ruckman (Darcy) also happens to be the most influential forward they've got at the minute.
Their backup ruckman (Meek) is no super star but holds his own in the ruck, but can't really play elsewhere or contribute around the ground.
Treacy looks like a forward worthy of getting some games into, but they won't risk him to the ruck (surely).

Essentially:

As a forward:
Darcy > Treacy > Meek
As a ruck:
Darcy > Meek > Treacy.

Treacy can't (shouldn't?) play ruck.
Darcy can't (shouldn't) ruck a game himself with his only support as Treacy (gut feel).

So I think they're basically stuffed and can't do anything but play all three at the moment.

Their reprieve will come when Lobb is back in 1-2 weeks. Meek will get dropped at that point never to be seen again in 2021.

And in the meantime, he'll only play 50% ruck, and score about 30 at most, whilst he sits as deadweight on the bench. Getting him to Gawn now makes the most logical sense IMO - especially when I'm essentially sacrificing Meek and a (now) lockdown defender to get him and Cox - a promising rook with huge JS who's gonna make a lot of cash

What do you guys see ROB averaging from here?

Unsure, as his game against North was not a good example of what he's actually been doing in other games. Before Witts went down, he had something like 39 going into the second half of the 3rd quarter, and then scored 57 against Burgess and Greenwood in the last.

Against North, there was barely any pressure the whole game, and most of the time, O'Brien and Goldy weren't matched up on each other outside of the ruck, so he took marks around the ground without much contest.

It's hard to gauge, as he's so cheap and has such a good ceiling, but also, I'm just not sure if the extra 185K is worth the extra likely trade you'll have to make to Gawn down the track anyway

Mitchell lewis suspended for 1 week

Obriend was trash for Hawks

Kozi becomes bench cover again surely

If Flynn is out I think that's the best play (or OBrien, but if you can afford Gawn you get Gawn).
If Flynn is named though I think it's too early to have him sitting at R3.

I already have Stewart, Short and Laird. Markov for Daniel in a few weeks as I think he will be a bargain soon and seems easy trade and ideally I’d like Lloyd at some stage so can’t really aim for both. Although could move Laird to midfield if issues arise.
