Sure! I mad Osso Bucco today - one of my rainy day winter favourites. I even went to the effort of making the risotto milinase and for once I remembered to actually serve the gremolata. I usually make it up early, put it in the fridge and discover it lurking there the next day.

Tasted fantastic but it’s not the prettiest dish for a photo.

Winter dishes only need to be tasty, comforting and have plenty of carbs. Another important factor for me it is that it’s suits smashing fresh bread and butter with it.
