It's not as bad as it looks.

Look at his lower back curve (lordosis). He has a big anterior pelvic tilt, possibly even a slippage forward of L5 (spondylolisthesis) that makes his gut stick out more than it otherwise would.

I hope we are working with him to reduce his pelvic tilt as it would make him more powerful and durable.

Reckon he looked worse at WC last season.
I recall him being big at Glenelg, trimmed downwhen he joined WC, but still had some paunch even back then, so don't think he's in too bad a shape for the start of pre season.
We may trim a couple of extra kilos off him prior to Round 1 kickoff
