the cows will still be without walker ..
Flogerty & Himmelberg are not a worry

the only problem would be Thilthorpe (which could be handled by Skinner)

& Rachele (who is a major problem)

Rachele has kicked 3 goals, 3 goals & 5 goals (maybe Sinn can take him - our top pick from last years against their top pick from last year)

Id back Burton on Rachelle. He's in great form.

Let's just go through these soft injuries that our players copped because we didn't go hard enough at the contest:
  • Duursma poleaxed in the head by a thug, broken collarbone. Plays on anyway, until it is clear he can't
  • Aliir, another player lands on his foot during a marking contest, ankle exploded. Plays in anyway.
  • McKenzie, knee. Non contact, just an awkward landing, it happens sometimes. Requires stretcher.
  • Robbie Gray, noted marshmallow, injures knee in tackling attempt gone awry, then plays on anyway.

I think we can stop with calling our players soft for copping an unusually high number of joint injuries in one match, don't you?

Is it just because I watch us every week, or do we put injured players back on the field more than any other team in the comp? It seems very common for us but I rarely see any other team do it.

except todd marshall

Why do you sound so happy? This is our team who played their arses off last night and no doubt would have won save for the injuries and subsequent limit on rotations. You are fool.
we are gonna do ken slowly, and roast a few snowflake supporters along the way as well

Don't think anyone questioned those four? lol

Coach tries to be positive based on a lack of information, media tries to be negative and blow things out of proportion to make a headline.............
Blown Away Wow GIF by Aminé
fake news or follow the science, its such a hard choice to make. i miss the good old days when Keith Martyn was the source of all wisdom and everything was in the almanac

Overall, it's good news really.

I think we all knew that Aliir's injury was going to be the dreaded syndesmosis but thankfully Mckenzie hasn't done is ACL on top of that. Not sure how many weeks a hyper extension is though?

And Rozee, Duursma and Gray all chances to come up for this weekend.

McKenzie and X man a chance for this WK?
Lol surely not I thought they were both dead that's a positive obviously Allir really hurts but Skinner's strength is intercepting.

Play some of the lesser lights and give them a decent run at it and by that I mean don’t stick them in a pocket or out of the play and who knows we could find some quality there.

skinner could be the answer to our tall back man problem
lord might be a better answer in the forward line.

by round 15 our best side could look a whole lot different to what we thought

Just like last year.

When the coaches said 'don't worry once we get everyone back we'll be fine'

But the players who returned from injury were already physically cooked.
