A lot of maybe the Afl did this, maybe that, could have, should have. Not a single sentence about him taking responsibility for his own actions. One strike policy for inflicting violence on a woman. What, are you suggesting there should be two strike, three strike policy. The man has shown to be a terrible human, who it appears does not have ability to learn or to adjust his behavior. It is not the Swan's responsibility to make him an agreeable human. That was primarily parental responsibility and once of age it is his own responsibility.

And as I posted. Times have changed.

And how many Essendon fans on your board wanted him traded this year?
Mostly me and maybe 2-3 others. I'm one of his biggest detractors and even I can see that he's nailed on as someone worthy of top 5 billing.

I enjoy these, just don't give us a HBF please, we have a zillion of them! If we draft another HBF there will be an absolute riot, last of our needs, would need to have an extremely high ceiling to do that, we have already traded in Francis, and have Gould, plus we have about another 3-4 in reserves that all can't get games in that position.

Very high hopes for Matt Roberts next year playing that role. Mind you Sydney is the hardest to pick honestly we could name 20 and still miss. Did anyone have Sheldrick going first round last year? Feel we go best available but we might consider a ruck at one of the 3 we have. I take my hat off to anyone who does these and yours is fantastic keep it up it's fantastic work mate.

That you think Gould and Francis are half back flankers does explain some of your views on what our needs are.

We have so many of them, they are all defenders have to fit them in somewhere and you have Roberts types, plus Campbell ad I'm sure I'm missing a few as I haven't had my coffee yet. Think we'd target others than that type whether that be a tall as you love or mids/wings. Really like the player though and I wouldn't be against the actual player, just not sure where he fits.

I don't "love talls", we "need talls". I agree we have a bunch of half back flankers or guys that can do it, it's probably on par with small/med forward as the area we have the most depth in. Though I'd include wingers in that, because all of our HBFs can also play on the wing, and some of our hybrid mids too.

My point was that Gould and Francis are not HBFs, but that you think they are, does give some context on some of your "needs" identification for us.

I believe you need to clarify that he’s been in various media’s top 5 all year.

We don’t know where he’s rated by the professional recruiters.

We’ve seen the media get it wrong plenty of times.

We’ve also seen the media move players up their draft boards, based on where they hear clubs rate players.

Ginbey and Allan are great examples of that this year. So to Cadman.
Such backwards logic.

Ashcroft might be rated the 100th best prospect in the draft by recruiters in that case. All we have is media to go off, and Tsatas has been a top line prospect for the past two years without exception.

First go at a top 30.

Roast me.

Allowed for the recent rumours of the Elijah Hewett slide.
Seems good to me.
Realistically, who is Hawthorn's main competition for pick 22 from essendon.
Are you in the box seat to get it or is somebody else a real threat for it.

With rumours of Hewett circulating if any of them are true I hope the Swans don't touch him with a ten foot pole.
