Very solid. Personally I prefer a structure with Neale at M4 but I can see why you would go with this.

Depends how well you start. If you are near the top after 3-4 rounds you need to be super aggressive. If you're 10k+ then just concentrate on getting the best players and setting up for the byes. The byes are the best chance to make up a lot of ground - you can easily go from 15k to under 5k then.
Don't trade like a madman early is my best advice.
You can afford to skip a few early rookies and still go well.
It is hard to switch out of pre season mode and stop changing your team every 5min.
Most teams are complete round 14-15 historically. That may be a little earlier this year with the new rule changes.
Aim for that.
Having said all that. If a rookie knocks out a 100 in their first 2 games you pretty much have to take them.

4 x 102k guys is just as unlikely.

Hayes is not going to be a massive scoring potential rookie especially with Lycett due to play round 1

I think I’m similar. It’s only Hall that I’ve lost. I’ve had a lot of players since that have run through D2 though.

It's just a 'wishful thinking' side. I'll be shocked if we get enough cheap green dots to pick. Mind you, even if we do get enough, I'd be weary about picking some of them. Some of the high price cash cows could shock with big averages
