I disagree on Laird. Reckon that Kentie has a 120+ season in him.

Lyons is the one that interests me, but I'm taking Neale so don't want another Lion. He's a great pick though, tackles a lot, and is consistent so he will be a POD all year.

Zerrett meh, small chol'd kent. Parish pissed his pants when he got tagged last year. Shiel and Caldwell back in there too.
Laird was a defender so doesn't really fit, suspect he's priced at his maximum, and given Adelaide will cope a few floggings this year you'll probably get him cheaper.
Can't see Guthrie going big again, that was weird. As weird as his dainty little steps.

I can see Guthrie scoring well again this season. He is the number one mid at the Cats if Danger plays forward more and if he doesn’t defend (hasn’t for a few years now) he just runs around stat padding. 110+ for me. And yes his legs move faster than the rest of him…if that is actually possible

You could well be right.

No offence but Geelong are in trouble if Cam Guthrie is the main man. Surely Danger will have to play in there.

Danger is still the man, expect him to bounce back this year too. while He has multiple opponents Guthrie trots around scoring at will. Pretty underrated Guthrie. Similar to Dunkley, the shoulder injury doesn’t help.

Slight concern with the defence rookies, but if none appear then would likely swap Dunkley for Whitfield/Ridley/Short/Dale

Tbh I’d 100% believe this was a real team if the forward line didn’t have 4 premos plus Dunkley and Thomas in the midfield, to also go along with Rayner/Gresham/Curnow/Brodie.

I may not.
I like NicNat he plays late lots, so is a captain option.
He also has the best bye of the uber rucks.
