Tactical move if done, reflecting we have concerns in terms of midfielder/runner fitness.
TDK would be a silly sub, while Hewett probably failed a fitness test.
Doubt it's 5 outs, though that's how we would dodge a fine.

Also, I am hoping like hell that we are looking hard at Tyreece Leiu as a potential draft pick this year. He looked awesome in that last quarter and for a 19 year old, showed a ton of composure.

I jumped in for the second half, he stood up well. There was a lot to like about his game.

A year or two on an AFL list will get rid of that slight touch of softness about him and turn him into a defensive weapon. The only problem is trying to snaffle him before one of the other 17 clubs do. They will all have been looking at him this year and while I haven't watched a lot of the VFL games this year, he's definitely on the radar of a few I reckon.
Cahill always seems to find ways to score goals. Interesting player.

As I understand it, we can sign up anyone who nominated for the mid-season draft as a DFA, possibly any previous national draft nomniee that's still registered?

Ok, I hadn't heard that one before... but if that's the case, then I hope we snap him up as soon as the window opens.
Think you are confusing this as an SSP option, should a player get through the drafts
