So pleased to see Setterfield get some recognition.
After the naysayers were silenced by the form of Kennedy, some turned their attentions to Setterfield.
I believe he, like Kennedy, will prove them wrong
Dunno yet. Hope so!

6 times which might be a record ...

2 x JSOS
1 x Owies
1 x Gov
1 x Pittonet
1 x Cerra

Thought overall our goal-kicking was pretty good actually.

We didn't miss any 'gimme' goals - even Pittos wasn't that easy with the gather and angle with Grimes coming across him.

Missed a few very gettable goals, particularly Kennedy and Owies, but if you watch other teams you'd know that they are misses every team make, especially as they were from about 40m out, not like they were 15m out.

We kicked the goals when we really needed it.

An important aspect of this win is I think we are on the way to establishing a brand of football that will win finals.

Big strong mids who can dominate the clearances, pressure small forwards that lock it inside 50. Really like what I'm seeing in terms of game style, especially compared to what some other teams have offered up in R1.

Thought I saw the lads run in waves on quite a few occasions but this was the one that stood out.

Reckon there was a huge beaming smile across the entire Carlton supporters collective at this point. Feels like we’ve been waiting a while to see this. And this has to be the standard going forward, not the exception.

Yeah, good call. Noticed him during the game but probably didn’t get the accolades. Thought he was a good contributor.

Was a great win last night. Obviously very concerned on the occasions the Tiges skipped away to lead by a few goals, but to fight back & run all over them was beautiful to watch.
One of the better crowd atmospheres in a long time too. Our supporters were making a lot of noise. I've seen flags, finals wins & some great H&A wins, but the roar when Doc goaled was so loud, one of my most memorable moments at a Carlton game. Kudos to the Tiges supporters who applauded Doc when introduced before the game and when he goaled.
Cerra & Hewett have slotted in seamlessly & when we get Walsh back, who knows what we could do?
I'm a glass half empty person, but last night has given me reason to think we may finally be getting it right.
Tough one next week, but do-able.
GO BLUES!!
It’s very good
Coming back on a couple occasions to with by that margin is fantastic for belief
Now when they’re down they know that they can because they have in the past
Great learning experience as opposed to just leading all day

And the last three scores of the game were points! By us.

Could have won by 40.
