Don’t worry Micky, I got the same treatment when I passed on that jhf was leaving last year, so many sensitive Sally’s on this board. If you just start with a positive unfounded rumour… something like “I heard Dalrymple is coming,” normally gets em on your side.

MickyBluenWhite last seen viewing the thread "Brodie Grundy [OOC 2027]" in the draft speculation board. Would Port be one of the rumoured suitors for the most loved/unloved ruck going around?

Some of the content in this thread appears to be written by 13 years olds, or those with sub-par intelligence, embarrassing really.
Watching a 20 year old kid play in a final and wishing to god he fails is nothing more than loser mentality, coupled with anger.
Let go, grow up.
Kudos to those who post in here with half a brain.
The only thing we should be death-riding is our own organisation, and hope to god we aren't shipped off or folded.
Would love to finish 3rd on the ladder and be playing finals, win or lose. Beats spoon after spoon after spoon.
Embarassing.
Is that you Trish?

You do know we have their first pick this year? Even if JHF left in the most amicable of circumstances, I'd still be cheering them on to finish stone motherless last.
I suspect Trish Micky is missing the whole point of what a death ride means.

Absolutely in hindsight each of those players only had a year in them.

Imagine we’d given Brown 4 years at the level we initially put in front of him.

Would be Polec levels of frustration given his knee is f***ed
And he's fairly shit, and would have hindered Larkey's development, which we're no good at apparently.

The Corn said his team of the first round of finals was Brisbane lol. Hodge who's semi illiterate said nah they weren't that good.
Poor The Corn, his team his facing a straight set exit and he's a campaigner. So fyi that's a good thing.
What pick will we get when Port lose next week ?

You don’t sound like a North supporter.

Also, if MickyBluenWhite is a "longtime" skimmer of this board, can they please answer the following:

  1. Who is this board's biggest serial non poster?
  2. What was Arthur Cloke's previous username?
  3. Name the slightly polarising ex poster who cracked the sads and f***ed off to Twitter to shout at clouds? Any of their literally dozens of usernames over the years will suffice.
  4. Who many mates does Zondor have?
IUB stay at MickyBluenWhite's place?

When all is said and done, is the trade ultimately going to be...

OUT: Pick 1 in 2021, Pick 1 in 2022, Pick 2 in 2023

IN: Harry Sheezel, George Wardlaw, Harley Reid

I'm happy with that deal

i teach my kids to focus on themselves and let bad things in the past go.
could give a stuff about JHF, hes gone, neither should you.

I don't any more but that's why people were upset with his behaviour.

I try to teach my kids to focus on more than just themselves because they're part of a community and a wider world. If Horne-Francis wasn't so focused on himself, for example, this situation would have had a less nasty outcome.

If people were less focused on themselves and more focused on the situation they're in and the world they're a part of that world would be a better place.

Also ... I think you shouldn't just let bad things go. People need justice for crimes (not talking about old soft calves here either) and we need to acknowledge our mistakes if we're ever going to learn from them.

If my kids were assaulted in some way i wouldn't encourage them to let that bad thing go at all. I'd encourage them to get justice, live well and learn to deal with the ongoing trauma it would most likely give them.

Of course none of this applies to the courageous one himself. Its more advice for a fellow North supporter on how to live their best life.

Anyway ... I've just had an idea revelation.

I propose that from now on, across the entirety of Big Footy, we refer to mummy's boy as TCOH.

I'm sure youse can work out what it stands for.
