AFL probably want two big pulling crowd games in round 2 considering WCE, Fre, Syd, Bris and Ade will all be playing at home.

Yep, this week be it, though I reckon you can throw in a day of highly manufactured fixture "leaks" between the magic round announcement and the full fixture. Magic Round tomorrow, Tuesday local media announce a few games of interest (grand final replay, showdown, when North and Port play, whatever), full thing Wednesday. It's a pretty obvious system by now

Full fixture is traditionally released on a Thursday so I would expect this to continue with the usual daily teasers until then.

Highly likely one of these will be the Thursday night game in Round 2 you'd think, as any other matchup would necessitate someone playing off a five-day break.
Optus games in round 2 will probably have to be Saturday and Sunday as it's before daylight saving ends and a Thursday or Friday kickoff at 5:10 is less than ideal.

Pretty sure nobody at the AFL knows about time zones. That's why they keep putting weekday night games on at 6pm.
