Good grief. Surely not. Looks like it will be "first in best dressed" to park your car around the fence, in good old country football tradition.

Tickets go on sale Monday - don't be slow if you want to go! Wonder what the capacity is and perhaps they'll put up a temporary stand where the car park is??

Looks a nice surface though.

Goldy and Cunners (and anyone with any knee/leg nigglies) enjoy the wineries. You'll be sitting this one out.

Official capacity 5000. Seats 270 in the stand. They, being the AFL, have to be kidding. Ridiculous idea

Absolutely insulting. We have better facilities at Arden St to host a game.

We and Brisbane have really drawn the short straw here. Two games are being played at Norwood Oval, which has a capacity of 15000. Fremantle v Gold Coast and Hawthorn v GWS. Unbelievable.
More like they ran out of straws so just gave us both the middle finger.

I’m guessing the car park area will be filled with marquees etc. there’s probably only enough for 100 cars and once the lawn in front fills up, may not be the best seat in the house.

Also the lawn area on the outer pocket (other end to my photos) the hill slopes away from the oval, so besides right at the fence, that pocket is useless for viewing footy

Can’t say I’m all that concerned about playing in Mt Barker. But I thought the point of SA seeking this round was to showcase the state and was expecting there to be most games spread out around regional areas. Really not sure what the benefit to SA is if most games are at the usual spot of Adelaide Oval?
