Why is St Kilda trying to make it harder for itself to win the flag? No Tasmania until we win the flag.

Given our track record of winning flags that means we probably wouldn't see a Tassie team in our lifetimes.

Very different from Dockers, seats to the island geography, gives it seafaring fishing identity. Pirates for the kiddies. Better than a dumbass map with a big capital T in the middle like some Paul Hogan superhero pisstake.

From memory the Mariners was one of the names considered for Freo along with the Sharks but in their wisdom they went with the dull Dockers instead.

I’m from Tassie and I’d be furious if we didn’t get the Riewoldt boys at the saints.
