Sooo…Geelong are openly rorting the soft cap?
Personally if i wanted finance, i'd be sceptical about a smallish company that invested in AFL advertising and gave bogus jobs to football coaches.
I'd rather have lower interest rates.

Other clubs need to press the AFL on what grounds this is appropriate. Nothing short of a disgrace.Personally if i wanted finance, i'd be sceptical about a smallish company that invested in AFL advertising and gave bogus jobs to football coaches.

Gotta love the idea that "everyone should just be rorting the system, problem solved" is in any way a reasonable argument. Why there is scepticism surrounding Geelong coach Chris Scott’s role with key sponsor

“There’s no reason why other clubs should not be doing this with their coaches, with their players,” said Edmund.
Wrong Sam , you simpleton.
Only a privately run company ( IE ,VISY, Cotton-On , Morris Finance ) is able to unjustifiably throw money at a football club.
Most organisations answer to shareholders or overseas managment.
Throwing money at football clubs would simply not be tolerated.
Its a sad state of affairs when the NRL is ahead of you on a policy relating to salary cap cheating.

Ross the boss could be international ambassador for the CCP, get a sweet Chery with the gig too
To be fair, AFL coach is well known to be a part-time role which only takes 100-120 hours per week, so I understand why Scott would be bored in the other 40 or so hours.
Can anybody explain to me the appeal of the whole dressing up thing?Jeepers, only a few short weeks after the Giants players were suspended for their twin towers costumes. How farken stupid are some of these bogans
AFL umpire rubbed out for 'offensive' costume

Stupid? It’s just a costume. What’s stupid is how many people are feigning outrage at stuff like this.Jeepers, only a few short weeks after the Giants players were suspended for their twin towers costumes. How farken stupid are some of these bogans

Wearing a similarly themed costume to an AFL aligned function just weeks after the highly publicised Giants suspensions doesn't seem to me to be a particularly smart move. You disagree?Stupid? It’s just a costume. What’s stupid is how many people are feigning outrage at stuff like this.
It’s just a costume. Something worn for a laugh. It hurts nobody, nobody is actually offended.Wearing a similarly themed costume to an AFL aligned function just weeks after the highly publicised Giants suspensions doesn't seem to me to be a particularly smart move. You disagree?
2 different things. Doesn’t bother or offend me, but seriously how fkin stupid can you be.It’s just a costume. Something worn for a laugh. It hurts nobody, nobody is actually offended.
But then there’s the people who like to act offended, the ones who are a blight on society.
Dressing up is silly, that’s the point of it. Does his costume really bother you?

So you think his choice of costume after what had just gone down with the Giants was a smart move? I'd be much happier if I never saw or heard anything of the social lives of anyone involved in football, but I would say that I think he made a somewhat idiotic decision that reflects poorly on himself and yes, makes him look a little um, stupid. If you can't see that he made a poor decision I guess we'll leave it there and good luck to you. It’s just a costume. Something worn for a laugh. It hurts nobody, nobody is actually offended.

It's only seen as a dumb move, because people like you are quick to overreact. So you think his choice of costume after what had just gone down with the Giants was a smart move? Lol, ok, so answer me this. Did you think he made a smart choice of costume after what had just gone down with the Giants? It's only seen as a dumb move, because people like you are quick to overreact.
It's just a costume, nothing more. It's neither a smart choice, or a dumb choice. The AFL are only acting on it, because people like you make a big deal out of things like this.Lol, ok, so answer me this. Did you think he made a smart choice of costume after what had just gone down with the Giants?
