Just no enough definitive injury news on Steele ....my view is Ross will bring the best out of Steele .....he is Ross's type of playerWhy? Not saying you should or shouldn't, curious about the rational.
Lenny there to guide him aswellJust no enough definitive injury news on Steele ....my view is Ross will bring the best out of Steele .....he is Ross's type of player
Question about the Dunkley popularity, is he going to get better scoring opportunities than he did last year?
Like the Bulldogs, the Lions are pretty loaded through the midfield.
Who knows with Lyon? Maybe back to the future as a tagger.Just no enough definitive injury news on Steele ....my view is Ross will bring the best out of Steele .....he is Ross's type of player
Dunkley is now, at worst, Brisbane's second best midfielder. He moved for opportunity, he's going to be at every CBA when he's on the field.Question about the Dunkley popularity, is he going to get better scoring opportunities than he did last year?

Helmet out of backline would make that other good kickin dog defender(cant remrmber his name) a lock.Yeah he'll help for sure. Lobb in surely means the Bont plays mainly midfield.
And if Crazy Bevo has finally realised what a liability Helmet was in defence that's a huge improvement too.
Merret seems to start most seasons pretty slow, is an excellent uograde target thoughI had Merrett second half of last season. He was a good trade in because I got him cheap. I also hated every second of owning him as he has a small Chol, and can't be trusted.
Reckon he's priced at about his peak.
Seagulls do better as the other teams get tired later in the season? When they are all cracking in early doors he's not so keen, due to his tiny Chol.Merret seems to start most seasons pretty slow, is an excellent uograde target though
“He plays such an important role for our midfield and team. He missed a lot of footy and was thrown back into the AFL system and needed time to adjust. He ran a really good 2km time trial recently and he’s covering the ground really well.
“He is trying to learn a bit more about how to find some uncontested ball and sometimes he thinks only the hard stuff counts.”
That's also a pain in the ass. He suits my current structure at his price (can't quite afford Ashcroft), but after how slow a burn the other CMac was last season, this reduces his appeal.Falls under the CMacs banner, likely to get a good run at it but I wouldn't count on him being our 4th or 5th most frequent CBA attendee. More like CMac1 last year as a high half forward, Sam Mitchell flagged him for this sort of role a bit after the draft.

Compared to last year, there’s a plethora of star mids and upside players at good prices to choose from. High $400k to low $610k is that good range, due to that, you could afford to run with only one or two Uber premosBont, Macrae, and Steele's prices are a bit of a pain in the ass. Feel like I'm handicapping myself if I don't pick at least 1 of Oliver or Laird, but very hard to afford with those other 3 effectively locked in my team at the moment.
Oliver in particular is alluring. Less time in the ruck for Gawn surely means Oliver spends even more time with his snout in the trough, the kent.

I don't think my mum has ever seen a game of AFL in her life, so she's F5 at best. Ahead of Tarnato the butcher as even her DE will be better than him.Dunks is F1 and daylight is F2 and your mum is F3 and then there's Cogs.
If you don't start with Dunks then I wish you all the best in your future endeavours

Couldn't agree more btw. Dunks could go 120+ and should be in every team, I've been saying that since he got traded.

Don’t know if I can post this link on here. Admin can delete.
Food for thought on Mitchell… Great breakdown.
No offence, but as you can see from the immediately preceding posts, the editorial standards around here are quite high.
I deleted it. Big boo boo by me.Did the post you replied to get deleted?
That was good analysis I thought. I'm glad you replied to it
