Or that the Northern clubs NSW, QLD) get priority access to their academy players within the top 40 but noone else does for NGA. Complete farce. Sydney and GWS effectively get 2 first round picks every year.

What a shitshow.

We really have the hardest path to get off the bottom.

We have a harder time bringing in talent that the interstate clubs but the AFL have no desire to help us because we aren't in a growth area.

Uwland & Addinsall look like jets. That’s on top of getting Walter, Rogers and Read this year. That’s a ridiculous amount of talent for nothing. Would take us 3 years of drafting to get an influx of that sort of talent, and that’s only if we hit every pick.
