And if he does his Achilles again no bums on seats and season ticket sales next year.

He won't play this year. But they are holding out the hope that he will for the reason I suggested.

Could you imagine being a Jets supporter, with only Tim effing Boyle to look forward to as your QB?

I reckon they have been trying to give the rest of the team hope for the year by saying Rodgers could come back. probably helps the rest of the team from burning down the joint

I'd hope my team would be a little more reasonable than that. But these are the Jets, so you never know ...

I'm refusing to believe he's coming back from a torn Achilles that quickly.
He said a few days ago him playing again will depend on the Jets playoff hopes. So he wont be back for the Browns game like he hoped.

Why would you even bother playing him at this point? Not making the playoffs, chance of re-injury, ******* awful oline...keep losing to improve your draft pick

You really think this is about the team for Rodgers?

This is about him trying to prove that he's smarter than medical science, and therefore also that vaccines are conspiracies.

He'll be shouting "debate me bro" as they wheel his ass back off the field re-injured, and no one should feel sorry for him.

And while that piece of garbage is a team owner for decades, and the likes of Snyder are protected for years, the No Fun League is really focused on ensuring compliance and proper regulation of behaviour and decency in the big, critical, momentous and morally vital things...

Huge playoff potential impacts, really for the tie breaker, could see both teams getting to 9 or 10 wins which will be on the wild card bubble.

I'd give the Broncos the edge. The Texans have really out performed expectations, but a few tight losses recently will probably mean they miss the play offs.
