what is it about the AFC East, players tend to move between teams in the division more than most. Weird.

Berrios has played for 3 of the 4 teams for example. Plenty of others that have played for 2 at least.

I feel like some of the free agent signings when players go between teams in same division is so teams can go to new player any chance you still have last years playbook from their former team.

Browns signed TE Jordan Akins, formerly of the Texans, to a two-year contract.​

Patriots signed LB Chris Board, formerly of the Lions, to a two-year contract.​

Packers signed DB Tarvarious Moore, formerly of the 49ers.​

Why do you think its horrible? Tranquill had an excellent season last year, by numbers and coverage grade by PFF.
