Thanks - in that case:

Libba vs Jelly vs Butters

Jelly vs Libba
I have both Jelly & Libba.
If you have a spare trade up your sleeve then Jelly worth the risk. Higher ceiling.
If not play safe. Butters & Libba much of a muchness. Can't go wrong with either.

That’s my choice also, plus add Cerra and Brayshaw to the mix.
Kelly is on my never again list, but so tempting with 9 trades left and two more upgrades.
Cerra is having a breakout season, but will he keep it up.
Libba so consistent be ceiling isn’t a high as the others.
Brayshaw back in great form, now his knee is better.
Butters was on fire before the bye, but also injury prone, but great to watch!
Such a hard decision!
Help!

He has three 140s - that's a pretty bloody high ceiling.

Of the above, I'm leaning Libba. I have Brayshaw. Kelly has screwed me every single time I've been near him. Don't have Cerra in the same category. Butters has a bit of value to drop and I'll look to get him in for Sheezel in a couple of weeks.

As they said on the Doctor SC pod, everyone in this price range is fine - just pick the player you like the most.

Running man Walsh ...vs inside man Green .

Unsure if green will tire ...vs Walsh might run out the year .

I regret bringing in Walsh when I did, at the price I did (circa $600k) - as he is clearly suffering from lack of preseason. Just not 100%. But he's generally a metronome and should be good enough to go 100-105 per the rest of the way as Carlton - hopefully - sucks a bit less. At his price he's pretty good shopping.

Green has been really good, but seems unlikely to outperform his current average. Hasn't quite broken out the 140s, 150s to fluff up his average that I thought he might - and think he's capable of in the future.

Today at their respective prices I'd lean towards Walsh. I have to think the Blues are gonna find a semblance of form at some stage.

Along the same lines, I've been umming and ahhing about a cut-price M8 - Mills vs Cripps.

I think I'm gonna go Cripps, as at least his role is clear and his scoring pedigree is top-notch. Might be able to loop him with TT. For all the lousy 85s he'll produce, I think Cripps still has a 140+ or two in him this year.

Can anyone justify going LDU over Sam Walsh?

Need to fill my last defensive spot (again...thanks Yeo). I'm contemplating Houston, Sinclair and Ridley (in that order). Take out Houston's 47 against the Dogs and he's averaging highest and is a big POD. Ridley scoring very well recently but has done it against predominantly weaker teams. Sinclair seems back to 2022 scoring but is a little more expensive. Any guidance welcome...Thanks.
