Im going to go with Himmelgoat instead. He gives me way more flexibilityMills by a mile (provided you have the option of having him cover multiple lines via other DPPs)
Not yetListened to Doctor SuperCoach podcast? Haha
Must be nearly time for you to start your own PodAh, thought you might have as they prefer Himmelberg to Mills, too
Ryan has 3/4 final games at home if that helps.Ryan vs Houston
It’s the two I’m juggling with as well. Himmelberg hasn’t gone as well as we thought yet down back but in his last two games he has played in the pouring rain as they flogged Freo.Himmelberg would give so much more flexibility than Mills, especially this week with Dunk out.
But, jeez, his scoring has been average. Someone convince me!
I think Mills looks more likely to score an extra 10-15 points per game.
Couldn't be any worse than most of the current ones.Haha, I won't lie, I briefly considered it at one stage.
BF can just continue to get my exclusive, text-based insights & ramblings (mainly so that I don't have to listen to the sound of my own voice)
GWS playing more direct this year, less chance for sea-gulling for HH. Limits the ceiling you'd think. The DPP is handy though. It’s the two I’m juggling with as well. He won’t get as many kick outs with Whitfield back I’d imagine.
Yeah, there's certainly an art to it. It's harder than ever to capture an audience without visual cues. I quite like DRSC, even though I don't always agree with their advice, as their product is (for the most part) quite engaging.Couldn't be any worse than most of the current ones.
I tried about 8 over the preseason, most were shockers. Not so much what they were saying, but they didn't have the voices for it. Might be the gear used sometimes though.
Can't remember which one, should have been called Supercoach Um, cause every third word was "Um". And laughing at their own jokes seemed popular (bit of a trigger for me though tbh). One bloke was recommending starting picks based on a dream he'd had
I'll subscribe if you do one though
Yeah DRSC is the best one I've come across. I like that they generally back up their arguments, which even if you don't agree can make you think.Yeah, there's certainly an art to it. That's how Jock Reynolds got their start back in the day – the presenters/characters were kinda unhinged, but they were pretty funny.
But tbh, I'll thumbs-up nearly any content creation that isn't the cesspit of fantasy footy Twitter. The amount of 'I told you so' dialogue from people who are so bad that they won't even post their rankings is nauseating.
But yeah, I'll let you know if I ever decide to dust off the mic again – haven't done any radio work since all the way back when I was at uni haha.
Yep, the host of the Coaches Panel seems a pretty slick media type and it comes across well.Yeah DRSC is the best one I've come across. I like that they generally back up their arguments, which even if you don't agree can make you think.
I suspect that the best podcasters have some experience in radio before they start.
Serong + 60k or Butters (18k), 2 injury trades only
MillsCripps or Mills as a cheap M8?
Hope you ignored me Northernsoul74
Yeah I feel like they were underrating Mills. An injury risk yes but surely not in the "same category as as Fyfe and Yeo". Dude is 26 and Horse seems to have eased him back in pretty well.Ah, thought you might have as they prefer Himmelberg to Mills, too

I did like what they were saying about a getting a 23rd premium and looping being foolish when you can just upgrade one of your weaker premos and be guaranteed points on the field (if you have the trades). Kinda made me rethink my strategy for finishing my team.
Ie upgrading Sheezel to Butters vs getting a 23rd premo like Jezza C.
Sheezal into Macrae or Butters? Will have 5 trades left.
