JHF very much on my radar ....he's a man on a mission to stick it up the AFL world ....can very easily replace my F4 with him, PS watch

This is something I hadn't considered if I'm honest.
Makes me think, I can afford to go Rozee to Taranto, but I don't know how I feel about Richmonds scoring capacity (apart from Hopper who I've taken for cash gen)

Spot on both points.

JHF killed it in the juniors on ball, and had a year to cut hi teeth at a club he didn't want to be at.
Still managed a couple of promising scores in the 90's.
If he's playing predominately midfield like the Port board say he is, then he's a steal at $354k. Can see him reaching $500k with a couple of big games rolling through his average. Surely he scores better than Fyfe!

Rozee even said he was splitting his time between FWD and MID, and that JHF was training as a full-time MID.
Obviously PS will say a lot.

Would love any thoughts on the current setup I’m running, has chopped and changed probably 45 times so far, pretty settled on the midfield but keep switching up the forward and back lines

Nicely balanced team. A little bit cookie cutter, but most of us will look similar anyway.

No Prince Nicholas though, means burning trades to get him in at $720k.

If your playing Ginbey on field surely it would be in Defence

Coffield at D5, with Weddle/Cowan/Wilmot back there at the moment.

Nothing set in stone, but the balance is good.

No Parish at the moment and unlikely to start him due to not wanting players from my team in SC (as a general rule). Kelly locked unless he has issues in PS.

I usually grab Zerrett after he bottoms out mid-season, and he usually does well for me. Gave me some huge scores late last year.
Had Ridley during his big year.

Apart from that, I haven't really had any Bombers either. Not going near Parish. Stringer is more punchable than punchable.

Great side. I do like it but it will be like so many thousands of others. Are there any POD's you're interested in?

Have gone on the safer side for the moment and will be keeping a close eye on Ed Richards and Cerra in the preseason games to see if there roles are similar to how they finished the year. Also tossup between Young and Whisper atm so have gone for the higher priced and will monitor both of them pretty closely in the next couple weeks

Kelly has been spoken about a lot previously in here already. Has been a bit unlucky with some of his injury affected seasons and has only missed a game or two the last 2 seasons. Hopper and Taranto gone.
If I don't go with Kelly I will be very close to getting Green instead. Not considering Cogs at this stage

Just playing devil's advocate .....after being drafted #1, and touted as a generational player ....is he any different to Daicos, who people are paying $500K for ....or an Ashcroft this year ?

It seems his attitude in 2022 has somehow diminished his footy talent .....I'd propose, his talent is unaffected, he's going into a better footy program ....and has a point to prove
