Bews always gets a lockdown back pocket role that is not points friendly he would be a 50s as bench cover only player.

For those new to the workplace, this very forum provided the 2022 SC winner; raymagoo .
He did his best work by paying absolutely no attention to any of us whatsoever, except in the crucial, winning move of dropping Hewett for Bailey Dale at exactly the right moment.
I take full credit for that, in the same vein that Scott Morrison saved Australia from the Pandemic.
The balancing yang to that yin is that this very forum also provided VeinGlorious , who is simply, meme-genius aside, an utter blight on society at large, a cigar munching, cognac sniffing, Grange with Lobster reprobate and likely also a vexatious litigant.

Decided to upgrade Hopper to Newcombe as i think Jai will be a keeper. My backline is weak but i like all of the mid-pricers ive picked there. I also dropped Meek for Cameron. My forwardline is basically locked in. I dont like any keepers apart from Dunks and Fyfe/Thomas/Allen combo hasnt changed for a while.

Love it. I would turn Yeo/Bowes into a premo and a rookie, go for a different ruck over Blicavs personally but that's it.

Might look for another rookie over Allen too actually.

Good team though, I was wondering how it would look with that sort of midfield and Hooper at M6. Could easily swap Green or Titch to a defensive premo if there are a lot of mid rookies.

Like the colour scheme. You think francis is best 22 at Sydney? Coffield is 20k more and seems to be in most 22s on the saints board

Coffield may not play round 1

Swans rate Francis I reckon he will play to free up Rampe etc

It's hard to say. Typically we play our mature age recruits early on. Ladhams is an outlier, but even then - we pursued him a year earlier before we ended up with Hickey. And we didn't really seem to be chasing him the year that we did get him.

Clarke, Taylor, Gray, and McCartin all played round 1, despite not necessarily being best 22 at their former clubs (or in McCartin's case not being on a list).

I'm not sure whose spot he would take though. If he does play, he will be playing a favourable role. If he doesn't, there's a few options around that price, so he'll he easily interchangeable.

Nice. I'm not keen on Yeo, and definitely not starting both him and Fyfe. Just too big a risk for me.

Agree about Sheed, don't see enough upside to bother with him.
