the umpire stuff is out of your hands, just like petracca's one-handed handball. i don't feel great about the petracca goal, not because i'm sure it was a goal but i would prefer no controversy either. but we've got the 4 points, it's done. i suppose some of the chest-beating might be people taking pleasure at melbourne fans feeling they were hard done by but that's not really football related, that's something else entirely.
i was frustrated most of the night actually, but still happy with the win. melbourne always seemed to be at the fall of the ball, we rarely seemed to get a look in after a contest. but that's the frustration of playing a good team and not having it your own way.
