NO. CHANGES.

Sam Docherty will play his 150th game in the Navy Blue guernsey - the jumper he grew up wearing as a supporter - as Carlton looks to continue its strong run of form from recent months.

Last weekend’s sub, Ed Curnow is the sole omission from the Round 22 team: he has been named as one of four emergencies alongside Jordan Boyd (now available after suspension), Sam Durdin and Josh Honey. One of those four will be named as sub an hour before the bounce.

Personally feel we can go close to breaking even in the middle and I think this week both Martin and TDK will arguably be our most important players by drawing lever away from the Charlie vs May match up. I hope we go to TDK and Martin a lot to ensure we don’t have a repeat of the first half vs Saints where Charlie is double and triple teamed. Hopefully we get 65k + there and bring the heat!

Tdk needs to stick his marks in the forward line. Get the ole Grippo out and long stops for the slippery deck.

Umpired our last and that was sort of ok. Charlie probably could have got a couple of frees though.
Thought we got the rub of the green with the umpires last week. That Holland non holding the ball in front of our goal I thought was a huge non call.

He seems to go for mark of the year whenever he's close to goals, then has great hands in the D50 and decent hands around the ground.
The closer he gets to goals, the slipperier(?) his hands are.

Happy we are not rushing anyone back. Good challenge for some of our lesser lights.
I’d be happy if we snag this and even have the additional luxury of the extra week for any or all of Walsh, Cerra and McGov. May even be a nice freshen up for a tilt against the big dogs a few weeks from now.

I'm hoping that the umpires subconsciously reacted to all the negative #FREEKICKCURNOW talk and went for the massive golf swing over-correction, realised that they got it wrong against the Saints and revert to normal programming this week.

Someone said it the other day. When you are a forward you have defenders actively trying to stop you marking, while as a defender the forwards are trying to mark it themselves. That has to play a huge part.

Maybe. A contest is a contest IMO.

There's a close up showing he hand balled it. Besides, one howler our way doesn't make it rub of the green either

We need to settle a little. I'm as excited as the next supporter and feel we have turned the corner, but we are undermanned and playing one of the premiership favourites. Melbourne isn't StKilda. IMO - I hope the team isn't listening to the media hype this week, like some of us and are focused.
Yet bizarrely enough people listen to champion data who like to say things like 4 clubs are performing in their premiership metric atm... Carlton Brisbane Geelong and st Kilda.

🤦‍♂️🤷‍♂️..... 😂
