While some players have almost missed the ball entirely with their kicks due to the wind, Binns is still kicking laser accurate passes. Very encouraging.
And to think this was the biggest knock on him in the draft process. I think we've got a special player on our hands.

Solid first quarter for the Baggers with Carroll, Binns (again) and LOB the best of our listed players, with Honey doing some nice things late.

Really enjoying these VFL commentators too, calling the game with an agog succinctness that is so much more enjoyable then many of their AFL counterparts.

Single camera broadcast makes it a bit hard to follow, but Binns motoring again (Weird theory, would the club be waiting to make sure there is less than 9 games to go in the season before debuting Him so he is eligible for the rising star next year ? ). Honey has done a couple of things, there is a player in there somewhere, just doesn’t want/get it enough, attended a couple Cba’s in the last few weeks and had a good clearance in the 1st. O’Keefe continues to build nicely, club would have to be very happy with his progress for such a young ruck. Carrol also looks promising.

I know lots of people are banging on about him getting a game at AFL level, but I don't mind the slow approach with him. As he is fairly slight. Needs to thicken up and get stronger for the 1sts. No rush.

Look at how Kemp has come on after a fair period in he 2nds.

Compare that to how guys like LOB and Dow turned out after getting gidted games early.
