An update to the table I posted a few pages back. Again, any feedback on my guesses of average and JS are welcome.

Very nitpicky but I'd increase Daveys JS to 6 & Menzie to 5. Think both of them will play most of our games this year, might get dropped if they have a quiet patch but they'll both start round 1. Davey a lot more flexible with his roles (can play on the wing), Menzie more of an actual small forward.

Agree with this take on Davey and Menzie playing. Not sure where that lands them in the table

A Bombers smokey is Voss (FWD $123k). Loves to tackle (hard) and kicks straight for goal. If he gets a Rd1 gig he might be worth a look. Otherwise a reasonable downgrade rookie target if given games later in the season. Won't score big (I don't think) but should score ok with tackles and a goal or two

Both are currently in my side. I’m less convinced about McVee, but both will be in my Round 1 team if selected.

Chesser. Expect McVee to be a Budarick-like rookie. Has a neat kick, but will primarily be playing lockdown back pocket roles IMO. May and Bowey (and Salem when he returns) will be the main rebounders coming out of the backline.

Salem won’t pay before the Bye IMO.

Quite possible, although I still don't imagine McVee will have the footy in his hands much. Looks like he's being groomed for the Jetta (and more recently, Hibberd) role.

I wouldn’t bet on it.

The coaches praised his training standards over the summer, but we haven’t seen him once in The Probables during match sim.

I expect he’ll make a good downgrade option later in the season.

Cunnington as a starting forward on that concerning too, assuming would rotate to the middle though.
