Felt piggy Oliver and macrae would Normally score better with those stats, butchered it at times. Even big Hodor had a stat line that could be been 120 had he used the ball better.

Should have got a 2000+ all going well. Long way back at the moment.

Couple of 50/50 selection calls have not gone my way early

- Flanders over sheezel (roughly 50 points)
-Darcy over English (around 40 points)
-then there’s hopper vs Callaghan (30 odd points
-cumming over daicos (50 points)

See how it all goes next weekend. Surely it can’t get anyworse

A BIG lesson for all. TRUST your gut instinct when picking your pre preseason team, and don't get caught up by a lone pre season game and SC Rate My Team boards, where all teams became a copy of each other.

I had Young, Daicos, McKenna, LDU, Oliver, English and Cognilio in my original team. Guess who were not on my team at the start of round one? Yep all of them. Already regretting. That is a massive near 400 point difference between the squad I had and liked, vs the squad I was convinced into. (1960 Week 1)

Though it is only Round One, and next week could leave me feeling better.... or worse.

Eh, goes both ways. I didn’t pick Docherty, Hewett, Cripps, English last year and was steadfast they’d be average picks, or at least get them later on. There was someone else too I think.

My season was dead after 1st game.

2040 with Laird as captain seems a pretty reasonable result.

Most importantly, no major concerns. Darcy, Marshall, Laird, Bont, Macrae, and Hopper all disappointing, but they should come good. Most concerned about Macrae and Darcy from that list.

Dawson, Constable, and Baker meh. Gotta get Baker off-field, probably for Chandler.

Rest was good. Guessing rookies are going to be a pain in the ass this year.

if you copped Stewart and Laird then yeah, that’s a problem. But that can happen any round.

anyway, there’s many ways to play this game, im no good at it, but 36 trades is a fair leg up on 30.

Yep, had to fight all season up to 11k ranking, missed all of them... this year went a little bit more group think and 1860 later lol

I'll fight my way through again and be in the top 10k. Thats the goal
