I'm going to strongly disagree here. For all of his freak talent, I'm not sure Charlie is really suited to play on ball. And this is the first I've ever seen anyone mention Weitering lining up in the centre square.Would love to see Weitering run through the middle in short bursts.
Crippa, Weitering and Charlie in the centre square with TDK leaping all over them. Woweee wouldn’t wanna get in front of that lot contesting for the ball
If you're purely doing this for the sake of 'let's name the biggest centre square combo' then a significantly better option would be something like Cripps, Kennedy & Silvagni with one of Mirkov or Pitto in the ruck (depending on if you're putting more emphasis on height or weight). Flank them with Acres and Kemp as big wingers and that's a huge midfield. Definitely not our best midfield but probably our biggest functional one.

I actually rate Kings opinions in pre season and on his appearances on some podcasts etc. Imo he's just one of those guys who pulls stuff out his ass when he's in the weekly grind of the footy season and has to discuss something even if it's pointless

credit where its due, at least he attends pre-season training and doesnt just tune in come march practice games
Just thought it was funny, the difference in how last weeks 'tidbit' was framed in comparison to that one. Dare say the context of SEN rather than just him tweeting probably has a bit to do with the tone/strength of opinion/boldness of the claim
