Holland has really impressed me so far, work rate is through the roof, disposal in general play excellent, just needs to tidy up disposal when more pressure is coming on

Dow, seems like he is running on top of the turf better, and his kicking is benefiting
I knew you'd come around to my boy Hollands . Kids with his level of work ethic simply don't stop improving until they reach their peak.

Still very slight of frame so might be coddled a bit early but once he's had a couple of pre seasons and has some more meat on his bones he's going to be a gun. Very good decision maker just needs the physical attributes to catch up with his work rate and attack on the footy.

Holland has a high floor, plenty to work with

Really interested in your thoughts of the backline pecking order for today if Doc's staying in the middle.

Obviously we've got Weitering, Young, McGovern, Saad & Newman, but after that where does it look like Kemp, Cowan & Plowman sit? Is there any surprise option a chance to be part of the 6/7?

Plow ahead of both Cowan and Kemp

Best news I've heard all week. Deserves a proper crack at it this year.
Such a smooth mover even at top speed and a great kick, done some nice things with a few good interceptions amongst them…
Keep training him up until he’s actually ready to go, there’s a few in the same boat…

Cuners involved

I know he could make a difference up forward, but do you think he has the right traits to replace ZW at hbf? Clean, good decision maker, pacey and good skills. Would also be able to get him involved in the game a bit more. Only worry is would he be adequate defensively?
