Pity North isn't a few weeks later.
Ideally you want a couple of games 3-4 weeks out to manage a few, so you're not giving people 2 weekends off before a final.
Hopefully the Bombers are trash late again.

Carlton and Melbourne gifted with the fixture.
Our draw ok by me. But only one home game between 15 March and 4 May (v Port 20 April) is a bit weird. Only 2 afternoon home games to R16.

Melbourne came 12th or whatever and Carlton 8th. Hardly have been gifted off last years performance
Putting some swans games on FTA in 2025 with a delay is so dumb.
The fact that every swans (and GWS) game was live into NSW was a great move.
Feel like the league is going backwards.

It's because FOX/KAYO have the live rights to all games on a Saturday .
Personally im happy as i hate the 7 commentators apart from Jude and Hodge

The majority of swans/gws games shown on FTA in NSW are Foxtel commentators.
Channel 7 just picks up the feed and shows them live on 7Mate.
Showing them on delay on 7mate is just dumb.
Delayed sports. In the internet age. Dumb.

Also Kelli is a Kayo commentator who will have more games now that Fox is doing all 9 games.

It's an abolute luxury to watch the Swans each week these days with Kayo. And also discuss it with fellow supporters.
Remember only getting the occasional game on TV as a kid, sitting by the radio, in regional SA, being thankful to the ABC for broadcasting different games sometimes on SA or Vic stations, so you had more chance. And I'm only 38.
Met my first fellow Swans fan at uni in Adelaide. Couple of others at work in my 20s.

What were Gold Coast thinking? When they unveiled the new guernsey on the news you couldn't even see the new logo.
I had a space on the fridge set aside for the fixture and now it is only half full!
