I don't share your confidence. Felt he got pushed off the ball in contests too easily. And that is at VFL level. If we pick him I hope you are right. He has some pace and offensive skills.

Beware of players who can't find the footy at junior level. I really like Fos but have concerns about him finding the footy at afl level. Hopefully im wrong.

Danny Meyer couldn't find it either and I was concerned at the time.

I'd almost do that except it would cost us Hotton and Allan. But we'd get Smillie. And some kid next year. Close. But I think I prefer Hotton and Allan.

I’d be surprised if we use all 8 in this draft but here’s how I see it:

1 O’Sullivan/Lalor/Jagga
6 Jagga/Reid/Langford
10 Allen
11 Travaglia
18 Lindsay
20 Hynes
23 Gerreyn
24 Dattoli / Champion

Clearly Lalor and O’Sullivan are the most dynamic players at the pointy end but I won’t be disappointed if we go the safe route and select Jagga at 1. If we trade up (which I’m 80/20 against) I’d go with O’Sullivan and Jagga. Lalor’s history of soft tissue injuries is too big a concern hence too much risk at pick 1 or 2, imo. Imagine he turns out to be a Nathan Freeman

yep early 2010’s I think Jamie O’Reilly I think was his name from memory. Didn’t last long with us though

How do you know they’re best mates? I have no doubt they’ve crossed paths and were both in the AFL academy together but it appears they have played a very limited number of games together?

Listen to there interviews they both state how much they love each other. And both of them nominate each other as number 1 prospect

If North want to upgrade 23 > 10 then chuck in the F1 as well

No chance.
People seem to think that just because North have indicated they are willing to trade, that they will take unders.
If we want 2, North will only accept 6 and 10/11, at a stretch, maybe 6 and 18, but i doubt it.

annoys me slightly but I found this interesting.
Lids is obviously a player manager now and his comments on Murphy Reid were interesting. He basically said he wasnt a good kick. That would rule him out for us IMO.
