I made one small throwaway comment and you're acting like I banged your wife. And on the subject of sooking, who's using caps?NO IM NOT YOU TROLLED THAT YOU'LL HAVE WARNER NEXT YEAR , SENSITIVE , IF YOU DON'T LIKE IT SOOK ON THE WC BOARD
We have a saying ‘round these parts - “take it to the Bear & Bandicoot”.I made one small throwaway comment and you're acting like I banged your wife. And on the subject of sooking, who's using caps?
How do you know this?

No disrespect intended but I find your level of knowledge and interest in Cochrane a touch weird. How do you know this?
They've already said their son played junior footy with him.No disrespect intended but I find your level of knowledge and interest in Cochrane a touch weird.
Do you have some inside knowledge? WCE going to swoop in with a first rounder? Or are you associated with the young lad?
Ah, that makes sense then. For the record, I have no issue with him here. His insights on Cochran, in particular about him being athletic but not quite yet a footballer, makes sense. Hope we can get him as a Cat B rookie. They've already said their son played junior footy with him.
Think some people are overreacting.
Is that your order of priority? I agree with your needs assessment. My hopes for the draft:
Use our 4 picks in the main draft on:
1) Competitive tall with sticky hands, don't really care if he is a defender or forward as I think we can mould a young guy in either direction depending on future need
2) Competitive small defender, capable of not only rebounding but providing a hard lock down
3) Competitive medium forward who can provide both a target in F50 and also apply defensive pressure
4) Competitive and combative mid.
2 rookie picks:
Cochran (cat B)
Mature cat A eg Brew, Crossley - tough, uncompromising hardened body who is just chomping at the bit for a shot at the big time.
Really not interested in any de-listed players from other clubs.
The theme for this year's recruiting is Competitive - need some real hunger in our list and a return to the "Bloods" culture, not the limp crap we saw on GF day and at times throughout season 2024.
As if we don't have enough soft players on the list, let's just add another two. I'm looking forward to being humiliated in another 3-4 GF's over the next 10 years."Coming off another crushing grand final disappointment, the Swans have reportedly identified outside run as a need and will target endurance-types with their two first round selections"
Don't expect Trainor even with his 4 concussions to get through to us but swap him with Faull and i'd be wrapped with that draftDear Swans.
Hotton, Trainor, Davis, Boxshall.
Get it done. It'll define you.
Yours sincerely
DQ
Maybe we could convince Dyl Stephens to come "home"?"Coming off another crushing grand final disappointment, the Swans have reportedly identified outside run as a need and will target endurance-types with their two first round selections"
