Then there's the players.

He may have created an iconic moment or two for us, but my goodness, Acres would just about have to be the worst ball-user in the competition right now. Whenever he has possession, you just know something's bound to go wrong.

Durdin and less so Motlop, non-existent. No pressure at all.

It is so much more than fitness.
The are foundational issues and key roles that need to change to win a premiership.

1. Luke Sayers is a flake who does not fix issues or hold people to account. He is a spin doctor. We need a better president

2. The list only has top end talent. It is lacking KPDs, fast onballers, good small fwds and run and carry flankersI have been clear on this for 2 years. Nick Austin is a poor list manager.

3. Modern football can not be won with contest and pressure only but we don't have the run and carry players to play modern football

4. The CEO may be too old to have the energy to manage change. I guess he will be judged by his successor.

5. Voss is a great motivator but if the club does not put the right people around him, the results will not come and the message will wear thin on the players

But you nailed it. It was appalling strategy all around.

There is no logic on gods earth that you’d let Zorko wander around and have 19 in a half. No change at all until Q3. And didn’t play Cinc so barely had an option. When tagged he does nothing but go back and get cheap kick ins. He can’t win his own ball. When left to wander he kills you.

Incredible stuff. Really worried about how dumb they are. And I mean low Iq dumb. Like very slow thinking dumb.

I leave tonight knowing 4 things for certain.

I’d make Newman vice captain.

Vossy is a big part of this teams problems, he is stubborn and is simply too inept tactically compared to the other coaches in the league.

TDK & Crippa are the only absolute untouchables in the squad.

and the most important point, our love for media attention had us pick an incredibly underdone Doc ahead of someone like Binns. It’s by no fault of Doc, he’s a legend, but hindsight hasn’t been favourable.

Just don't see it with Voss, we seem to only bomb it long. Even when we win, we rarely dominate. Voss coached Brisbane, then was under Ken, now he's coaching us. Wish he had went to a few clubs to see some different ways.

Sad to be here, but I think if he isn't sacked soon, he will be at some point in 2025. Why waste another season, we now have a 70 odd game track record, he's not it

As for all the people calling for Voss' head... 6 guys straight off the injury list. A couple of them shouldn't have even been brought back into the side.

Who picked them? Not Voss....? Who was responsible for rotating players throughout the season to help load management. Even in game rotations.... That not fall on Voss either?
