Averaged 90 odd once Young moved into the midfield last year. I’m certainly very very interested in him. Good player to watch as well which is always a nice silver lining
On the topic of Freo players, Jordan Clark looks a very interesting proposition. With Young and Chapman shifted to the middle, fair chance he’ll become their distributor and a cheapie merchant, if he wasn’t already
If it means anything, I've been to a couple of sessions and he's in as good a nick as he's ever been and clearly our best defender in any sim. Fully at home in his role and Freo now. Didnt realise he went up to 90 with the Young move and it makes him very appealing

Is it definitive, Chapman will play WING, rather than dropping back to the HBF to cover Young ?

At this point I would be surprised if they change. He's on the wing all match sims and Aish is a permanent fixture down back. They might change after a few rounds into the season but they've been trying to move Chappy onto the wing for ages, he just kept getting injured

What’s his s orang prospects looking like in that role?

Chapman? I wouldnt bet on anything much above 75. He'd probably score more playing down back. In particular I think even if turns out to be a very good wing, it will take a while for him to properly understand the role

That was my perception

Priced at 55 it’s an awkward development. Still feels a good option but much more borderline

Wonder if someone like Burgoyne is a better prospect than Chapman if he’s stuck on a wing? In saying that, Burgoyne will be stuck on a wing too. Maybe worth checking what wingers have scored for each side. Although I’d assume Freo’s wingers would have scored higher than Port’s of the last few years with Acres and Henry putting up decent numbers

Henry still only went at 76 so that still feels like a reasonable measuring stick for Chapman. Acres 82 in 2022.

Port even had wines on the wing last year so probably harder to get a clear form line

Check out Port's early fixture too, it's dreamy, with WCE at home first up. Could be a good pick at 0.17% ownership.

I’m thinking for a huge POD, Mitch Hinge. After the bye he dominated, loves the half back role and plays some solid mid as well. Looking forward to match sim to see where exactly he plays his minutes. A beast

Spent a lot of time in my team bd back there today.feel he will get squeezed out thiugh

I see him as a good low 90s

If a forward he’d be a lock

Shaping to me as a victim of structure though

What's the potential structure issues for him? Feel like he is a lock for a half back role taking a lot of kick ins?

Not real life structure. Fantasy team structure

I like quite a few guys cheaper in def with more than 15pts upside and he’s unlikely to be that underpriced genuine keeper.

I want to pick him, but i think he needs to go 95 to be a really good pick which he may but is also his likely max making it a risky pick at low ownership.

His rd 15 bye is also perfect though to upgrade through byes

Hinge went at about 90 after the bye last year, I think thats what he can go this year. Probably not enough, but im not against the pick.
What does Curtin do to him? Hinge got plenty of the kickins toward the end of the year, does he keep that up?

Does third year breakout apply strictly to third year players or those entering their third year of consistent football?

Have we heard much about how Z. Williams is training? I guess we get a free look in Round 0 but are we even certain he will be playing that?
All we've heard, is Voss saying how important Zilliams is to their gameplan
