Williams would make an excellent traffic controller with the amount of times he spent pointing and gesturing where to kick the ball in that quarter. How about you run and make an option instead?

On paper, you can't complain with a 74 but visually, Williams didn't look terribly involved. He was the fifth highest defender and Carlton played pretty poorly really.

No one should be complaining about Williams. Scoring well above his price.
The one worry however is that it's now 2 weeks in a row that he's scored only 3 points in the final quarter. I am considering moving him on sooner rather than later because there will be a game where he doesn't score 50+ in the first half and he ends up with a 30 for the game.

yes I am. I expect 75-80's from him. being on 74 at 3/4 time, he could've set off great cash generation.

He hasn't played for awhile, getting his legs under him still to run out games, he'll be fine.
Watching Campbell, he actually got into good position on the wing a number of occasions.
Missed out on a few +6 opportunities from kicks that missed him or were called back after a free.
Bit of extra luck and that could have easily been another 60+ game which is decent enough.
Hopefully holds his place given their injuries and strong finish.
Happy enough with that from Williams. Looks like he’s still building match fitness and didn’t spread to much with McGovern filling the holes a lot. If he goes at 75+ for the year that’s a win anyway.

Actually got very high up the ground when tigers needed help in transition. Boxes well
Slowing down in the 4th quarter is disappointing but not unexpected for a bloke who has barely played in the last two years. Surely you see it as a promising sign that he was sitting on 70 at 3/4 time as a 440k defender?

scrambling now to restructure to get ZWilliams down to D6....have a feeling this pick will end up being a genuine dud. Will reassess after the bye but easier to fix at D6 if it goes pear shaped
