Yup Cats Swans will be hardly worth tuning in for from an emotionally invested point of view.

Cmon Brissy.

I can't see Brissy beating Geelong at the MCG with Geelong having two weeks break and Brissy travelling two weeks in a row.

it will probably be another Geelong v Swans GF, I will be barracking for the Swans, hopefully they turn up to play unlike 2022.

Geelonk aren't that good and Brions play MCG just fine and will have extra motivation due to just missing out last year

Brions have a tough backline ... Cameron will get smothered and the Cats forward small frys will get monstered ..... Cats will also need to stop Neale McLuggage Dunkley and co.... Brions just need to keep running .. keep the ball in motion and the Pussies won't be able to keep up

Brions by 4+ goals

The AFL is going to kneecap Sydney again once clubs kick up enough stink.

This year will be Sydney’s 7th GF in 20 years (2005, 2006, 2012, 2014, 2016, 2022, 2024).

In that time they have only missed finals three times in 2009, 2019 and 2020. Played finals 17 out of the past 20 years.

Great effort. But maybe, just maybe, their ongoing unfettered access to Academy talent should be wound up.

Like permanently. Immediately..

The stench of the privilege has become rancid. It is obscene they continue receiving this charity.

Shadeau Brain - premiership medal
Robert Harvey, Nick Riewoldt, Lenny Hayes - nothing

And the world turns on...

Hard to barrack for any teams left.

Tonight it's a battle between the 'Cotton on Sponsored lifestyle' or a perennial top 4 who will be handed the best player in the draft for the the 2nd time in 3 years.

Then next week we see whether either of those advantages beats the Northern Academy factory advantage.

No wonder suckers like us can't escape the middle 6 bracket.

Port are absolute shite.
How the **** did they get this far???

I reckon they have too much list turn over. They are always chasing another recycled player but lack cohesion. They have a handful of very good players and a lack of a solid core.

Brisbane also get Marshall this year and Annabel next year. Both more than handy. Annabel was BOG in a few games this year, Marshall a second top 20 pick in a strong draft.

GC got three last year get Uhland next year who is probably pick one at this stage. At least they'll have to pay some actual value next season.

Lions should win but they are so unreliable. If they miss a few goals they'll flake it up. Geelong have Bradburyed the whole season and probably get another flag just by not being flaky.

I trust Geelong. Brisbane are like Port, undeniable on their day but if anything goes against them they shit the bed.

Actually really looking forward to tonights game. Just can't pick it, could easily go either way. If I had to I'd probably say Geelong by not much. Then again, it may be about time old mate Charlie Cameron pulls his finger out and hits the scoreboard. Kinda feels like he's just about due for a big one.

Of course Brisbane have another one. Plus Fletcher who went around 10 a few years ago too. Just a joke how compromised the draft is with the same teams stacking top talent for nothing.
