System seems very strange that P1 don’t get priority over others - same thing last year - waiting and hoping.

Ballot order would be P1 first. It’s just the withdrawal that appears to be completely random/unprioritised

I didn't get the top tier tickets last year but to be fair I also selected the seated only option which I reckon ****ed me a bit. P1 including standing for 3 tickets this year.
