A stacked forward line, I think should have accepted a deal to get Norths 2025r1.
Or used the 2024 picks to try and find players to get it into the forwards. Inside 50 numbers haven’t set the world on fire.
BTW - what deal is North known to have been prepared to make?

Supposedly for pick 15 or 16. I think definitely we could have done 21,37 for f1,62 or
21,f2 for f1.
they wanted our first round back as well.
So swapping first rounds for one of our picks

I feel like the Stringer experiment will be such a fascinating watch next year.

I guess my question is what is the ceiling for him next year....and the floor?

Stringer at his best in a consistent team that play aggressive football could be unbelievable.

Will he kick more or less goals that Toby Greene? Will he even make the team after preseason?

A real....
Lowest floor, highest ceiling proposition

He is a 10 year AFL player that has always been dangerous, even at his worse.
He wont be the focal point with us and wont be required to do as much as he was with Essendon, I think he'll be at worse a point of difference cream on top of our forward line, at best, he could be lethal.

I think worst is he doesn't play ( plays a couple and is dropped, possibly for Riccardi to return.
Provided he is fit, I think he makes Toby's position easier, maybe allows Toby to play more in midfield if needed.

Apart from providing a really dangerous 4th target (Jesse, Cads, Toby) his center bounce work is really exciting

I’ll have a go and say par/pass mark will be 30 goals

I can see Jake playing some midfield bursts, particularly at centre bounces where his size and explosiveness can be damaging.
almost certainly.
He does it really well.

He has flaws, but he is also a super talent.
