Only way the Chiefs Bills trade make sense is for the Bills to only make the trade with chiefs so they knew what it felt like to own the 32nd pick.

Worthy was team specific, on the Chiefs he'll probably turn out to be good, at the very least they have someone who can stretch the field and open up space for Kelce and Rice underneath, but on a lot of other teams he'd probably suck.

It's not about who KC selected it's about Bills caving to KC off the field as well as on it. Any other team would have been fine to trade with.

That player may not have helped the Bills but it's exactly what KC wanted and greatly helps them continue to be a huge threat come play offs.

Worthy could well have gone straight through to 32 and Kansas still selected him but now if he does anything good in the playoffs he'll be known just like Mahomes as the pick traded to Kansas from the Bills.

So they should have picked someone they thought they'd get at 33 instead and passed on the extra picks they could receive? Not to mention Worthy could have easily have been there at KCs pick and it would have made no difference. They only moved back two spots.

At least he is being honest. I hate when media folk sugar coat everything and full respect to him for speaking his mind which i am sure most will agree with. Was a terrible pick really so early in the draft for Atlanta.

But he is right with what he said IMO.

Biggest head scratcher of Day 1 for me .

Them taking a QB after adding Cousin, was a real WTF moment.

Falcons just wanted to not have Penix go to another rival, and/or use him as trade bait after he looks really good in pre-season and spot duty. Thats my guess as to why. But they really shouldve taken BPA (WR/DE)

In case folks haven't already seen it, this clip was about 4 minutes after the Atlanta pick was announced.

Atlanta's GM trying to explain the pick to Arfur "Bank" Blank (owner) - and I am no body language expert but said owner seems somewhat less than fully delighted with the pick...

All things considered with the cards they had did very nicely imo

Im not against the Penix pick. do wish he ended up in a better spot. but feel he will sit for 2 years and the Falcons will cut Kirk in 2026.

Feel the Vikings or Vegas would of been better spots to land.
