I dont think it would of been the team who filed the complaint. They knew Kirk was gone and would of been happy with his contract because of what comp pick it will give them next draft.

Plenty of noise about JJ and the Giants. If that is true, could possibly see the Giants trading up to 4, worried about the Vikings/Denver/Vegas jumping them? (ideally they dont have to move and hs there at 6)

Im not sure, bookies have his line set at 32.5 , yes there has been good money for the under but its not enough to suggest hes a certainty to be selected in the first round.

Agree with that, if there is any compo/penalty it won't be on the same level. Mid round at best.

The point with tampering is ...everyone does it, but if you get caught out, then you get punished. How do you get caught out? Either media leaks it, or an indirect lawsuit is filed where info about tampering is found, or some idiot player (or his friend/family) blurts out info that shows there was tampering.

So if youre dumb enough or unlucky enough to get caught out, you get punished....and if you dont get caught out then good on you
