Glad the Chiefs won though, kept my multi alive, 3 down 3 to go

Same just need Tampa, Buffalo and Denver avoided the other games I considered Houston but they have driven me insane all year and it’s a game they can easily lose

Some absolutely hilarious ways to throw the game away late in FG position the past two days. Strangely the best outcome for both teams becoz of it. Bears fire Eberflus and Raiders draft position.

Bowers is a ****ing animal btw.

Thank god 🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

McCaskey when she finds out she needs to pay him out for 2 years.

Not sure why Ryan Poles was in the meeting and should have any say so, he should be out the door with Eberflus for hiring him and refusing to fire him at the end of last season when he should have. Cant trust him to make the right calls surrounding who the next HC will be.

It's the one thing that devalues the league slightly in my opinion, the amount of boneheaded decisions/games decided by incompetence. It enhances the drama in a way but it also often means teams win just be being less bad rather than being good (if that makes sense).

I like it, coaching and smart players matter more in the NFL than any other game with margins so thin. A lot of different rules that you can exploit if youre smart enough to get an edge, lots of ways to lose a game and expose yourself as out of your depth. (regarding Eberflus yesterday not Pierce)

We are playing terrible.

Yet 11-1 and have clinched a play off birth already, earliest we ever have. It’s November still.

Probably could’ve been 5-7.

What does that say about the other teams?

It says the Bills beat the piss out of you like three weeks ago.

This kind of thing regresses to the mean (or at least closer to it) eventually.

Steelers, Vikings and Eagles in recent years are good examples of teams with inflated records because of runs of wins in close games or their opponents screwing up and gifting them the win.

There is something to be said for just being competent in a league overflowing with incompetent game management, poor coaching and bad player mistakes at the worst times. But both on stats and the eye test this chiefs team has a wildly inflated record and you’d expect a playoff loss as soon as they come up against a decent team. If they run the table again then hats off, because this team is clearly the worst they’ve had in close to a decade.

I said earlier the Chiefs are the worst 10 and 1 team I remember.

Now they are undoubtedly the worst 11 and 1 team in history.

Also undefeated in one score games since
Kadarius Toney lined up offside.

I’m glad someone is saying it.

Needs Stephen A or someone on ESPN or FOX to join in.

Every single game deciding 50 50 calls goes their way since Mahomes sooked about a receiver that was offside that shouldn't have been penalized because they are the Chiefs.

Doesn’t matter about them. Almost none are making the playoffs.

Likely 3-4 games against playoff opposition before they start. We can judge off that.

If KC continues they will be one and done in January.

Technically (by DVOA) they were 4th worst ever

#1 Broncos 1984
Ended 13-3
One and done in playoffs

#2 Falcons 2012
Ended 13-3
1-1 in playoffs, lost NFCCG

#3 Eagles 2023 (!)
Ended 11-6
And hammered in wild card.

Not great company.
