I'm not a huge Bowles fan, but Tampa are not a great roster. Evans, Baker and Goodwin after that who is there.

They should of won the division by now. Depending on Bowles contract I could see it if he has 1 year left and don't want to risk him falling into an extension next year with another division

He's a defensive coach who's defense gets shredded weekly with plenty of talent on the defensive side . The offense has carried the Bucs the past 2 years.
