A11dAtP0w3R if a Caleb/justin QB room wasn’t going to work at the Bears, I can hardly see how a Russell/Justin QB room would work at the Steelers
At least the Steelers will now have a QB room while Wilson is in his private office or owners lounge just to stay away from his peasant teammates

Sick of seeing talk about it honestly.
It was a hit piece on him for sure

Same as the journalist writing a story about him telling her Sandy hook was a fake. Seriously don't know how media outlets can let someone write such damaging stuff about someone with out a spread of proof or evidence. And not just for his sake, but the families at Sandy hooks sake

They are both worth nothing and one is a vet, hardly the same as putting your #1 overall pick under pressure to perform lights out straight away from a moronic cult of Fields truthers.
I’m glad it’s over. Was ****ing overkill
We move on and get a new QB to destroy 🐻

Hahah I get that he was silly in basically spelling it out for everyone, but there is no way in the world they come down that hard on something they all do.

However, happy for them to do so ;)

Got to love all the leaking and counter-leaking around the Fields trade 😂

Despite the fact that he's had a large contingent of the media backing him beyond what was deserved as far back as the pre-draft, the NFL teams as a whole have effectively said they don't rate Fields anywhere near what his boosters in the media/online do

Its not that surprising that the trade market for Fields was cooler when you take into account the following:
  • Ridder is on a contract that is both cheaper and longer
  • Fields is a FA next year (unless someone would be stupid enough to pay him Top 10 money under the 5th year option)
  • The offense would need to change more to suit Fields' play style than it would for Ridder
  • NFL coaches on the whole prefer to force players to adapt to them, not the other way around

I think someone nailed it in a tweet recently posted....Steelers potentially could trade him mid-season to a team in need of a QB after a start has gone down, and get more for him than what the impatient Bears did.

Tho, Im not sure how the agreed conditional 2025 pick would work if Steelers on-traded him before then??

I think that 51% is in there for a reason, they plan to get a look at him this year at some point. (unless Russ plays lights out of course but who is honestly expecting that?)
