Yeah that year’s haul could be an absolute blinder. Followed by D+ Frenchy and WeddleButler, Ward, CMac all drafted 3 years ago in same draft, all finishing top 5 in time trial.

Great stuff Scrim.Top 5 did a phenomenal effort in the conditions that they were dealt with, but I'm massively impressed by Jack Scrimshaw, Josh Bennetts, Bailey Macdonald and Henry Hustwaite who all lodged PBs for the time trial.
JB, HH & BMac being second year players is such a positive sign, and seeing Scrim do his PB after 8 years in the system shows that the penny might have dropped and he realises that talent alone won't take him the whole way.
Super effort by the guys!

PB in your 6th or 7th preseason is nice going. More improvement there. Good signs for next year.Great stuff Scrim.

It kind of had to. Ginnivan and Watson arriving puts massive pressure on him, as do Bennetts and O'Sullivan who are both showing impressive signs. Competition for spots is definitely going to be a thing all year
Exactly, caught my eye too, hence added it to the pics I posted earlier.Best part of that video is seeing the Wiz sticking to Punky like a clingy ex.

The time trial format - which is now in its second year - saw players run four separate 1km segments with short breaks in between.
Is Ethan Phillips currently training at the club?
Thank God we've got Breust and Gunston as experienced heads in our forward line to guide and nurture Ginnivan, Watson and Chol.Best part of that video is seeing the Wiz sticking to Punky like a clingy ex.

Something did seem to click for Scrimshaw at the middle to end point of last season. For all of the things he's good at, the coaching group made it clear they wanted players running and Scrim just seemed to get the ball standing still. It's one of the reasons why we regularly had worse players like Bramble in front of him at selection - he ran.Huge results from Scrim and Butler
Weddles such a freak show , will have an NFL/NBA franchise after him soon the way he is going.

Glad to see he's carrying it through, hitting PBs and working on his weaknesses.

It'll be based on output, but for as long as he's kicking 40+ goals I imagine he'll have a spot on our list.Need to keep breust for another year after this. Absolute professional in the way he goes about it, with guys like Watson by his side, it can only be a positive going forward. It's gonna be tight picking best 23 every week if everyone is fit. Just from three off seasons, we've done a great job at managing our list to what Sam wants it to be like! No holding back ! Just go for it I say.
I knew him. He did his masters in chemistry (well chem eng) when I was doing my PhD at Usyd. Was a genuinely beautiful human being.Dolph Lundgren.
