On wet nights, goals come from mids getting the ball forward & then pressure mids & forwards locking it in until they get a free or enough space for a quick snap.

will spend another week in the VFL as he continues his return to senior footy. Senior coach John Longmire said that despite his excellent record against the Giants, it's important to set the midfielder up for the rest of the season.

"We want to give him the best chance to play well when he comes back in the team. He's better off playing in the VFL this week to get himself right."

Giants look exceptionally fast selecting all of Bedford, Thomas, Jones, Daniels and Greene. We need to do everything possible to cut off their F50 entries but when it enters, our ground level defence will need to be first rate.
